A: Plantation Peanuts selects only the finest Virginia super extra large peanuts, which we hand cook in small batches to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days, however, delivery may take up to 7 days after leaving warehouse.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: If your email address is provided, tracking information will be forwarded to you when your order has shipped. Tracking information not available for postal shipments.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged or missing items?
A: Please call our customer service department, 1-800-233-8788, and we will handle the claims process for you.

Q: When is my credit card charged?
A: Your credit card is charged when you have completed the checkout process.

Q: Can I get a receipt for my order?
A: Please email us, customerservice@plantationpeanuts.com, and we will either mail or fax the receipt to you.

Q: What is the shelf life of my peanuts?
A: Unopened vacuum sealed tins are good for up to 9 months.
Unopened bags will stay fresh for up to 1 month.
To maximize the freshness of your product, please store in cool conditions.

Q: Is chocolate available for shipping during the summer?
A: Unfortunately, our chocolate products are only available for shipping from October through April. However, we do stock the chocolate items in our retail store located in Wakefield, Virginia.

Q: Can I receive individual boxes for my tins?
A: Individual boxes are available at no additional charge for our 22 oz. and 40 oz. tins. Must specify when order is placed.

Q: Can I ship peanuts internationally?
A: Yes, but please call our customer service department, 1-800-233-8788, for rates. Transit times are not guaranteed.

Q: Are there discounts for buying large quantities of peanuts?
A: We do offer quantity discounts starting at 24 of the same items. Please contact customer service, 1-800-233-8788, for more information.
